Schools and Community Dance

Stopgap Dance Company runs creative learning projects for special and mainstream schools, as well as for local communities. These projects are a fantastic way to demonstrate that dance is accessible to everyone. Furthermore, we love to see how integrating disabled and non-disabled people via these projects promotes active citizenship and social cohesion.

Projects can vary in length from one day to one week, or run as weekly sessions over a school term, for example.

Teacher Resource Pack

Stopgap Dance Company has published a teacher resource pack of a previous repertoire, Within, for Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. Click here for more information. We are also able to deliver school workshops and insets for teachers based on this pack.
