Stopgap Dance Company in association with Unlimited, Forest Fringe, Colchester Arts Centre and The Point present a day of provocations and presentations; creating a diverse future and raising the profile of disabled artists.

Come and join us for a day of conversation, bring your difficult questions and see things differently. Meet the Unlimited and iF Platform artists, take part and change perceptions in a day of talking, doing and making a difference.

Stopgap has been developing a Yoga that can be translated for individual dancers within the company. Join the company for their morning Yoga session led by Stopgap dance artist Amy Butler and some of the cast of Artificial Things. Wake up your body, clear the mind and enjoy a little Fringe tranquility. (Feel free to arrive 15 mins early to talk about any specific translations)
